The House
A typical Andalusian manor house with a luxurious but cosy style offering the perfect haven to rest after a full day of on-track adrenaline, the property includes ten spacious luxury bedrooms, and a top chef can be brought in to provide exemplary fine dining.
However, another dining option could be dinner and wine tasting at ‘Descalzos Viejos’; situated in the chapel of a 16th Century Trinitarian monastery, perched on the higher slopes of the impressive Tajo of Ronda, Descalzos Viejos winery offers unforgettable wine tasting and dining experiences.
escalzos Viejos has six hectares of vineyards in the upper and middle part of the Tagus slope at an altitude of 650m. The vineyard, which is characterised by low winter and high summer temperatures and benefits from a little rainfall and a rather stony soil with a limestone nature and a loamy texture, produces varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Garnacha, Graciano, Petit Verdot and Merlot.
